Order status & tracking
After you place an order, use Track in the mobile app or open the confirmation link from your email to see updates from the kitchen.
You can also browse to your order confirmation page on this website using the link we sent you.
Accounts & sign-in
You can sign in with email (magic link) or Google where offered. If you have trouble receiving a sign-in link, check spam/junk folders and ensure you are using the same email you registered with.
To update your name or phone number, use Account in the app or on the website when signed in.
App: help & account deletion
In the Pizzalicious mobile app, open More → Help & support for contact options.
If you want to delete your account and associated data, use the in-app account deletion flow where available, or email us from the address linked to your account and ask for account removal — we will verify your request in line with our Privacy Policy.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. If you see an unexpected charge or payment issue, email us with your order or receipt details so we can investigate.
